Project phases

1. LAYOUT

Analysis and verification of data provided by the customer.

2. SURVEY AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN

Visual analysis and survey of the premises in order to define the state of affairs and identify any critical points to be studied and resolved in the preliminary phase.

3. FEASIBILITY STUDY

Following the analyses and considerations made during the preliminary phase, a feasibility study is presented to the client in order to agree on the most suitable solution.

4. FINAL PROJECT AND ESTIMATED METRIC CALCULATION

On the basis of the decisions taken by the client and following the feasibility study, the final project is drawn up and the relevant metric calculation is made, which begins the quoting stage.

5. QUOTATION AND DETAILED OFFER

Engineering

The Telesicurezza service experience in both the facility management and turnkey contract sectors enables the Engineering team to develop detailed projects for the construction and/or renovation of buildings, with particular attention to the banking sector. Engineering staff deal with functional characteristics, image and visual communication, metric calculations and specifications, design, and coordination of the various suppliers (construction companies, furnishing companies, technological systems, etc.) and their own in-house staff. Telesicurezza service offers projects that are complete in every detail, designed to quickly offer the most appropriate solution to the customer's expectations.

The engineering operation is completed through technical drawings/services:

Architectural design, with the logical distribution of spaces and the choice of the best materials;
