Companies - Security systems

Security systems for companies, large-scale distribution and industrial operations

Protecting the company from 'pure' risks of criminal and malicious origin.

Any serious company security policy cannot disregard the fact that each site has its own peculiarities and unique requirements based on its geographical, territorial, urban and logistical location, the specific type of products and services offered, assessing the criminal events it has suffered and also the crime statistics of the area it belongs to and adjacent buildings or peripheral areas. Any assessment aimed at securing a facility must verify that the time required to detect the criminal action (added to the time required to transmit the alarm and ensure intervention) is less than or equal to the time required by the obstacles to be knocked down or overcome. It is clear from this assessment that a balance must be struck between the passive and active facilities that contribute to security standards.

Protecting these areas requires careful analysis and specific planning. Once the risks to be faced and the amount of damage that can hypothetically be caused have been identified, it is necessary to assess the priority of interventions and to implement suitable and effective countermeasures, either preventative or of a critical control and containment nature.

Intruder alarms

We have been successfully operating in the security field for several years, from the design phase of alarm systems for companies through to their complete remote control.

We are always up to date with the latest technology, so that we can always offer modern and functional products.

Perimeter systems

With our perimeter alarm systems the intruder must be stopped before he enters your home or business.

Telesicurezza Service offers electronic perimeter detection systems that signal intrusion in the spaces around the structure to be protected, based on piezodynamic sensors on the fence network, underground sensors and invisible electronic barriers. In addition to the system, there are gratings, armoured roller shutters, gates, up-and-over doors and armoured glass windows that we are able to install independently without the need for other partners or workers.

Fog generators

A fog generator connected to a burglar alarm works inside your shop or business. Operation is simple: a cloud of white fog is generated and spreads around the room, reducing visibility to zero. The would-be thief loses their sense of direction and is forced to flee without having the time to execute any crimes.

CCTV video surveillance

When referring to CCTV systems, the abbreviation means 'Closed Circuit Television' and specifically refers to the use of cameras that transmit the video/audio signal to specific monitors and/or video recorders. This type of installation is normally used in areas that need to be highly controlled, such as companies, airports, stations, banks, prisons and military bases.

Fire detection

Fire detection systems are a fundamental tool for the safety of companies and infrastructure in general. Installing an excellent fire-fighting system means keeping the situation under control at all times, working first and foremost on fire prevention; and, in the worst case, detecting and intervening promptly.

Access and attendance control

Access control and attendance identification systems are necessary for operations that need to control the entry and exit of employees or flows of people entering and leaving one or more premises. Think of companies, hospitals, banks or all those companies that operate in sensitive areas or companies that need to identify the people allowed to access restricted areas. Telesicurezza Service always has a solution for every request.

Cash handling machines

The introduction of the single European currency has led not only to a dramatic increase in the number of 'fakes' in circulation but also to a considerable increase in the number of coins in circulation. Today, cash has to be verified, counted and sorted.

Our Cash Handling division takes care of the verification and counting of banknotes and coins, but also offers solutions for the archiving of values in the form of data, cash or documents.

Supply and maintenance

Safes and armoured rooms

Safes and armoured rooms are fundamental tools for protecting one's assets. They are physical barriers that are difficult to overcome and which efficiently counter break-in attempts.

Intruder alarm systems

Whether you are a small, medium or large company, when you feel the need to feel more secure, 'do it yourself' is never an effective solution. Before relying on unprofessional tools or following the advice of friends, it is better to understand what your personal needs are and, above all, the needs of the environment in which you work. What you really need is a project designed specifically for your company, which will lead to the choice of the right tools to give you the peace of mind you need. That's why you need to install a thief-proof protection system that allows you to monitor your company 24 hours a day and protect the people, objects and goods inside.

Perimeter security systems

  • Compatible with climbing vegetation

The special application of our technology guarantees a high level of sensitivity and a high degree of immunity. Tolerance to environmental disturbances is so high that the sensors can even be installed on structures covered in evergreen vegetation without reducing the reliability of the system.

  • Single interlocutor

We are able to provide all services for the implementation of security systems, such as: masonry and carpentry work, excavation and backfilling, electrician's, blacksmith's and carpenter's fees, earthing system and all materials necessary for the implementation of the security system.

Metal mesh fence system

Our perimeter protection systems are able to detect climbing, breaking and cutting of wire mesh fences.

The system consists of exclusive piezodynamic sensors and electronic processing boards. It enables effective sensing of the entire fence, providing effective perimeter protection against intrusion, with maximum reliability and immunity to environmental disturbances.

Intrusion attempts, such as climbing, lifting or cutting the metal mesh of a fence, cause high-frequency shock waves that are virtually detected by the piezodynamic sensor, which then generates electrical impulses.

The processing board then amplifies and analyses the signal and, depending on the set calibration and programming, generates an alarm signal compatible with any control unit.

PERIMETER SYSTEM FOR GRILLS AND RAILINGS

Telesicurezza Service installs an innovative perimeter system for the electronic control of intrusion attempts on gratings and railings. It installs special detectors at the base of each support post which register deformations of the structure and signal attempts to climb and break in. The system is immune to environmental disturbances such as wind, rain, hail and violent storms. The sensors are based on a special piezoelectric technology, developed and patented, which allows weak electrical signals to be generated without the need for active electronic components. This guarantees reliability and consistency of operation over time.

UNDERGROUND PERIMETER SECURITY SYSTEMS

An underground intrusion detection system that detects the movement of a person on the surface. It is so sensitive that it is able to perceive even the lightest and softest step and discriminate against animals.

 WHERE IT IS USED

Our underground security systems are compatible with a wide variety of non-rigid ground surfaces, such as lawn, gravel, asphalt and paving stones. It creates an invisible and undetectable detection zone that, depending on the situation, can protect the entire outer perimeter of a site or specific access points such as pedestrian gates and driveways.

Single point of contact

We are able to provide the implementation of security systems, such as: masonry and carpentry work, excavation and backfilling, electrician, blacksmith, carpenter, earthing system and all materials necessary for the implementation of the security system.

Perimeter safety systems under floors and concrete screeds

Our systems discreetly protect all paved areas in front of building entrances, such as doors, windows and glass panes, signalling intrusion even before the intruder enters the protected building.

It can also be used to sensor terraces, driveways and walkways.

HOW IT WORKS

The sensors installed by us detect changes in pressure (weight) between the screed in which they are embedded and the floor above. Each module provides independent alarm signals, allowing the area subjected to intrusion to be pinpointed precisely.

Single point of contact

We are able to provide the implementation of security systems such as: masonry and carpentry work, excavation and backfilling, electrician, blacksmith, carpenter, grounding system and all the material necessary for the implementation of the security system.

Fog generators

The integration of fog devices to intrusion detection systems is increasing and widespread nowadays in Europe. They increase the effectiveness of the alarm system during an intrusion, since they add the invasive disturbing effect, generated by a very thick fog diffused by the device to the optical/acoustic signalling of the alarm system, making it impossible for a potential thief to move and orientate in the environment and, therefore, to perform a crime.

  • How a fogging device integrated into the anti-intrusion system works

Operation of the fog device, which can be integrated into any anti-intrusion system, requires a particular type of mixture (water and glycol), which is injected through a high-temperature boiler and produces a curtain of dry, white, impenetrable fog that quickly spreads in all directions. The fog spread through the air is harmless to people and property, guaranteeing the safety of people in the event of exposure and allowing the possibility of installing the fog device in sensitive commercial activities such as those in the food sector.

Activation of the fog device is linked to the intrusion detection device, which allows the fog to be discharged only when the alarm is triggered first, thus enhancing the effect.

For the owner of the premises to be protected, this technology provides the solution and the knowledge that in the event of attempted theft there will be an automatic, rapid and stronger reaction than an acoustic alarm alone, the emission of fog has a profound effect on the emotional state of the perpetrator and puts him on the run.

  • Current regulations on fogging devices

In order for a fog device to perform as stated and provide the benefits listed above, it must comply with the relevant regulations and standards, as the level of security guaranteed is directly related to the quality and conformity of the products used. If these concerns are not respected, the risks to the security of the premises in the event of attempted theft are considerably greater.

In addition, potential risks to the health of people affected by the spread of fog from the device could be created if poor quality products are used if they are not approved and do not comply with regulations.

In particular, the standards to be respected are:

CEI 79-3:2012, which governs the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of an intruder and robbery alarm system

EN50131-8, created specifically for fog devices and which is the current standard governing this matter.

To install an effective fog device, it is important to contact professionals. Telesicurezza Service installs fog devices throughout Italy for all commercial operations that want a proven and effective system to prevent theft and burglary.

CCTV video surveillance

Telesicurezza Service designs and installs integrated and intelligent video surveillance systems using the most advanced technologies and in compliance with the various reference standards (CEI EN 62676 and laws/regulations on the processing of sensitive data).

The application areas range from Industry to Logistics, Banking to Retail - including large-scale distribution and Fashion & Luxury - to Public Administration, to the Home (Homes & Residentials), to the Hotel world (Hospitality & Leisure).

A video surveillance system introduces important advantages and achieves significant goals that go beyond the traditional concepts of security and which can be summarised as a deterrent and the collection of information for investigative purposes.

Telesicurezza Service offers a wide range of analogue, HD, IP and Megapixel cameras, both fixed and motorised. Cameras with thermal and thermographic technology are also available, almost always in combination with video analysis software that is particularly effective, for example, in creating solutions for perimeter protection.

Fire detection system

A fire detection system is the set of components that can detect and signal the presence of a fire within a building or other structure. A smoke and fire detection device typically consists of electronic equipment that detects the presence of smoke or heat changes or the start of a fire, based on the physical phenomena associated with the growth of the fire.

Since 1979, Telesicurezza Service's team of engineers, designers and installation technicians have been offering concrete and innovative solutions in fire prevention and extinguishing with competence, reliability and professionalism.

From design consultancy to installation of the fire detection and extinguishing system, we are always at the customer's side to ensure adequate protection of people, buildings and support the customer in all phases of fire-fighting system implementation (from sizing to mandatory six-monthly maintenance) - providing a turnkey service.

Our maintenance, after-sales service and 24-hour availability are essential for us to ensure the continuity of the system over time and the safety of our clients.

  • Continue

Fire detection systems are widely used in environments with a high risk of fire, such as cinemas, theatres, industrial sites, hotels, shopping centres, healthcare facilities, public facilities, companies, etc. Fire detection systems, together with other measures such as fireproof materials, are of fundamental importance for the habitability and usability of various structures and the fire brigade is attaching increasing importance to their use.

Fire alarm systems and smoke and fire detection devices are also required by insurance companies, which grant more advantageous terms for their use. Some insurance companies, in order to reduce their risk, impose specific requirements on the systems, both in terms of design and maintenance. In return for these standards, the company offers full compensation for any damage caused by the fire.

In more than one European country, fire alarm systems and smoke and fire detection devices are mandatory and have standard interfaces, common to all systems, specifically designed for external rescuers and fire brigades in the event of an alarm.

The detectors must comply with the European EN54 standards which set out the technical and physical characteristics.

  • Fire detection standard

The new UNI 11224:2019 standard has recently been published, introducing a number of new features in the field of maintenance and initial inspection for fire detection systems that allow the level of safety of the systems to be increased, taking into account the change in the reference regulatory context on the subject and the technological updating of the equipment.

Main developmentsof the UNI 11224:2019 standard:

General verification of fire detection systems

After 12 years and at the thirteenth year of life of the system, the cycle is finished.

This means that all systems must be subjected to general verification which consists of performing a new preliminary check of the system, i.e. a complete test, after further verification of any substantial changes to the system that may have been made (in this case it will be necessary to go back to the technical design documentation of the new configuration) as well confirming the availability of spare parts equal to or compatible with those originally installed.

These checks are carried out periodically during ordinary maintenance visits of the installations:

For the first 6 years of operation, they cover 50% of the fire detection system components each year.

Between the sixth and twelfth year of operation they are extended to 100% of the components,

After the fire detection system has been in operation for 12 years, it becomes a General Inspection.

    Maintenance technician: a necessary figure

A person who, in addition to having the professional skills, must be reliable as he or she is given responsibility for finalising the work and solving problems. The standard specifies that the qualification of maintenance personnel takes place through continuous training at associations, organisations or companies in the sector.

Access and attendance control

What are the differences between a system that checks attendance and one that checks access?

A Time and Attendance system is concerned with personnel management: it records entry and exit times, calculates the hours worked, divides them into pay classes and finally, exports the data to HR on behalf of small, medium and/or large companies in order to process payroll.

A Time and Attendance system is the solution that allows you to calculate the daily, weekly and monthly hours of attendance of any internal or external employee, under any company contract and in an automatic manner, and is also able to transfer data to your consultant's payroll software in order to create the payroll and the Single Book (LUL), without the need for manual intervention with maximum security and speed.

Access control, on the other hand, refers to the automatic management of entrances to operational areas and corporate security Industrial safety - A set of directives, practices and technologies aimed at reducing the levels of risk and injury within industrial settings in order to achieve a safe working environment. This includes, for example, access control in order to restrict access to company areas and zones: who, where, when, how and why a user can access an internal restricted or hazardous area (safety and security).

For example, an employee enters the workplace through a gate; the electronic system installed at the gate, opening for people, cars, etc. can be free or controlled with an access control system. verifies and identifies an individual based on a type of information that was previously provided. Verification is performed using methods such as: badge cards, tags, biometric characters, PIN, etc. The process verifies whether the data entered meets certain conditions or limitations. whether the person is authorised to enter (or leave) and at the same time records the time of entry (or exit).

Turnstile

Bi-directional tripods are installed at the access points for staff coming from a car park or from outside to ensure that only the badge holder - an authorised person - can pass through. Control is enforced only on entry - on exit, the rotation of the tripod is free.

Our technology and growing skills allow us to design and implement integrated and automated systems for the management and control of pedestrian and vehicle access.

Public or private car parks, companies, shopping centres, public areas, stadiums, museums, theatres, hotels, hospitality, companies, banks.

They can be regulated and controlled in terms of the in & out flow of vehicles and people by means of barrier systems, gates, telepasses, turnstiles, revolving doors or electronic compasses controlled by sophisticated software integrating special cameras for recognising and reading number plates, facial recognition scanners, detectors or biometric readers (iris, fingerprint, etc.).

Money handling machines

The introduction of the single European currency has led not only to a dramatic increase in the number of 'fakes' in circulation, but also to a considerable increase in the number of coins in circulation. Today, cash has to be verified, counted and sorted.

Our Cash Handling division takes care of the verification and counting processes of banknotes and coins, but also offers solutions for the archiving of values in the sense of data, cash or documents.

It is no longer possible to trust and consider the banknotes you receive in everyday payments as 'good'.

Nowadays, counterfeiting techniques are becoming more and more precise and perfect so it's increasingly difficult to have any idea whether a banknote is a fake or not.

For this reason, companies can no longer do without machines to check banknotes, as this is the only way to eliminate the risk of being cheated.

With our banknote checkers, checking the banknotes you receive is no longer a problem: speed of control, security, operability are the main benefits. Magnetic ink, presence of the security thread, infrared, banknote images, paper quality parameters, thickness, length and width of the banknote are all parameters on which the checks are carried out.

We offer various solutions, all tested and approved by the ECB, our products are upgradeable and, above all, our technicians are always at your service!

SAFES AND ARMOURED ROOMS

Safes

A safe is a fundamental tool for the protection of one's possessions, a physical barrier that is difficult to overcome and which effectively counters break-in attempts.

Generally, a safe consists of:

a very strong body and door, consisting of an outer casing and an inner casing, both made of steel;

a composite structure located between the outer and inner casing, with varying strength depending on the security level of the product;

the lock which controls the door opening mechanisms and that can be key-operated, mechanically combined, digitally combined or biometric, i.e. with fingerprint recognition.

Telesicurezza Service offers a wide range of safes to meet different security and protection needs in residential, commercial and industrial environments, or in high-risk locations such as banks, petrol stations, jewellers or large-scale retail.

  • Certified safe

The certified safe - or certified mobile safe - is a category of products complying with the European standard UNI EN 1143-1, which classifies storage articles according to their degree of security and sets out the test criteria for assessing the resistance of strong media. There are a total of fourteen grades of security, but the safes currently on the market are those between I and V, while the higher grades refer to armoured doors and vaults.

    Why fix a certified safe?

According to the UNI EN 1143-1 standard, certified safes weighing less than 1000kg must be secured at least in one place in order to prevent their removal.

Fast deposit safes

Sales outlets, such as those in large-scale retail trade or other situations where there are large volumes, need to safely remove surplus money to reduce the risk of theft/robbery.

The fast deposit safes that Telesicurezza Service markets and installs are particularly suited to meeting this need, allowing the deposit and transfer of valuables with maximum protection.

How do fast deposit safes work?

The operator can make the deposit inside the premises while withdrawal is made outside by the secure courier or other authorised person. These products, which undergo constant updates, are able to guarantee the highest levels of security thanks to the physical and electronic defences they use to counter the evolution of the most sophisticated methods of break-in.

Other versions are also available against attempted attacks using explosive gases.

ARMOURED DOORS AND VAULTS

Armoured doors

Security and armoured doors for maximum protection of valuables

Armoured security doors are designed to make access to places requiring protection absolutely safe, thanks to advanced design techniques.

They are available in the various levels of certification required by the market according to UNI EN 1143-1 and are suitable for supplementing the resistance of the masonry.

Armoured doors constitute physical barriers of very high resistance, thanks to the materials used and the architecture of the internal devices.
